Hola, bienvenido. Nada más tienes que hablar Inglés, por que en las reglas dice que tienes que publicar en Inglés.
Podrías usar Google Traductor y luego pedir correcciones a otros usuarios hispanos.
Hi, welcome. You must speak English, in the rules it says that you must post in English. You could use Google Translate (although it's less than preferable) and then ask other Spanish speaking users for corrections (if there are any).

As the user above stated please try to refrain from using any language other than English. Use Google Translate or whatever other means available to you to aid you in speaking a viable and comprehensive English.

I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
