Gaming HGSS Music Changer?

So apparantly there is an item in HG/SS to change the music to the original GenII music? What is it called, where/when/how do you get it, and is there an AR code to get it? I ask for the AR code because if it's somewhat early in the game, I will play for it, but I don't know if I want to play all the way to the end to unlock it rofl.
