Does the pokewalker work on any of the english ROMs of pokemon heartgold or soulsilver? I can't check right now because me DSi is being repaired (the common L button not responding problem). Please don't flame me.

Okay, I have a question loosely related to this one.
Has anyone tried now to download the save from an original HG/SS Cartridge using the NDS Backup Tool Wifi 0.31f from Rudolph and can confirm the save is compatible with the roms?
Also if the answer is yes, is it possible to reupload the save to the original cartridge after the save has been played forth and resaved at an AK2i or modified with Pokesav?
I am currently waiting for the release in Europe so I wanted to possibly get the answers to that questions before I get my copy of the game.
