Theoretically you could dump your save, find where the treasure list is stored in HxD or something and set them as found. You won't get the Sparklium(?) from them though.
I had trouble editing my Pikmin count though, my save wound up just being wiped when I restored.
They're nothing special if you're wondering. I used my Amiibo Powersave to get a few of the figures, you just get 200 Sparklium from them.

Aside from getting amiibo in the log, there's 16 treasure mini-levels to unlock (2 per world)
I tried save editing (comparing before/after getting a single amiibo), but I'm guessing the save file has a checksum somewhere as even changing one byte deletes the save file.
