Hacking hey guys what is runtime shader compiler ?

im trying to play max payne but it shows save core succed it and i saw a tweet in twitter and it says i need runtime shader compiler can it do something to my vita my frimware is 3.70 can it cause erros on my vita?

It's part of the Playstation Mobile Suite/PSM. If it's installed, you can find it in System Info in Settings. Homebrew like Max Payne need a file from it (libshacccg.suprx) to be in a certain place. You can follow this guide to do so :-
