ROM Hack Hex Editing EOV - Using NPC portraits

I was hoping someone could help me with this. I wanted to test using the adventuring npc portraits of the necromancer and harbinger girls as portraits for my own characters and i was curious what kind of hex changes i could make to attempt such a thing. I have no knowledge outside of beinf able to implement code swaps that people have provided so

I was hoping someone here knew what they were doing. Also as a side attempt, the bar keeper as well.
