Homebrew Help!

NOTE: I currently do not have access to my Wii , neither to the vWii mode on Wii U due to Wiimotes not working. That's why im using currently the Dolphin Emulator

Okay so i had been trying for about 3 days to get a good config. to run properly Mario Kart Wii

The problem: Nothing has worked...

This is PC info:
Processor: Intel Pentinium Dual CPU E220 2.20 GHz (Buyed in July 2008)

RAM Memory: 8.00 GB

Graphic card: Nvdia GeForce GT 430

Too slow, Cannot access to Wimmfi services since i get banned for being under 60fps :T
