Hacking Help With Wii U Homebrew Channel

I Have 2 problems with the HBC on Wii U (latest update installed)

problem 1:
for some reason when loading HBC it is forced into 60hz and causes it to display horifically on my screen

problem 2:
when reloading CIOS 249 which is D2X Beta vWii (53 I think) it just crashes the wii u and the wiimote just disconnects

Does Anybody Know How To Fix Any?

I had this problem and had to use a old non-motion plus inside enabled wiimote. the motion plus inside wiimote caused the hbc main screen to flash

I dont have mootion plus controller and it isnt attached either :'(
