i want to play nds in my 3ds putting roms in the SD card, so i tried twloader and dsimenu++ but the two of them have the same result.
when i execute twloader works fine but when i choose a rom the screen goes black, then it goes back to the 3ds menu. With Dsimenu++ launcher its similar but its when i choose "Start Dsimenu++"
am i missing something?

TWLoader is obsolete. You'll want DSiMenu++ because it's still getting updated and improved.
Here's what you need for DSiMenu++:

The latter of which, you'll want to copy the "_nds" folder to the root of your SD card, the "cia" folder, the "roms" folder, the "3ds" folder (if you want to launch through homebrew), and the BOOT.NDS file. All of this goes into your SD card's root.
Install all cia files from both archives I linked then try running DSiMenu++ Launcher again with the files and folders that I mentioned above extracted onto your SD card's root.

i tried that and also tried to run it via homebrew and still happens the same
Are you sure you are running latest DSiMenu++?
Go to DSiMenu++ settings and check if there is Quick-start ROM option. If it is there then you need to install newer version or just turn it on. If not try this: https://3ds.hacks.guide/troubleshooting (DSi / DS functionality is broken after completing the guide).
