Homebrew Help with the Fieldrunners method

Hello. I own two EUR Old 3DS now. I will call them 3DS A and 3DS B!

3DS A: arm9loaderhax + Luma + FBI etc on sys 11.1.0-34E
It's from my brother.

3DS B: still on 11.0.0-33E,no CFW,HBL acess,nothing
It's mine.

What I want: downgrade the 3DS B

Main Questions:
1)I heard about Fieldrunners method,but I will need acess to HBL after right?

2)I don't understand,how many exploits can still be used on 11.0? Browserhax is no longer possible right? what are the alternatives for this version? (Or 11.1)
Many people give me different answers...

3)Also,what's this ctr-httpwn thing? Do I need it too? Where? Why...

4) Can I do system transfer with these two or do I need to upgrade the 3DS B to be on the same firmware version? (11.1)

Before this I was using emunand with Gateway,so that's how much I understand. Call me noob,lol.

Please,don't just send me to the plailect guide. I wouldn't be asking if I understood the whole method alone...

Plailect's guide tells you step-by-step what you have to do if one system is on 11.0. ctr-httpwn allows you to access the eShop and do the system transfer process on <11.0 systems.
