Gaming help with spider man shattered dimensions

i am stuck in the game
in the end where u go through the giant portal and have to fight mysterio, in one of the boxes in the minimap, (somewhere in the center)
there is a pit where i cant get to the top, so i am stuck in that room (and theres purple plasma everywhere so i cant wall crawl), i noticed that i might need the glide ability (using normal spiderman)
where do i get it for normal spiderman?

If your exploration difficulty is on Medium or Hard (which it should be on a first playthrough; Super Hero is for veterans), unfound items and portals are marked on your map as boxes. This ability can be gained by visiting a conduit on the Amazing Spider-Man map.

And yes, you do need Glide to pass that part.
