Hacking Help with skins for m3 ds simply

I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I had a custom skin installed before, but when I overwrote my old moonshell folder, I lost the theme/skin.
I tried re-installing it, but not matter what I try to do, I can't replace the top screen default image that says 'M3 DS Simply'.
Where is the file?
Please help
