Hacking Help with setting up an emuNAND?

I have read a few things about setting one up, but I am very confused, and I am afraid to try setting one up without a thorough tutorial.
The last time I tried (I think it was around the time that PastaCFW first released), I ended up updating my sysNAND on accident because I backed out of System Settings or something and it reset the system to sysNAND when I updated...

So could someone help me with this please?

I am using an old 3DS on 9.2 with Ninjhax and AuReiNand.

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
