I got a 11.8 2ds un cfw that I want to do seed miner on but when I go on friend list it says online restrictions eror 002 0102 any 1 help plz? I also have a cow 3do if it helps

Do you have your movable.sed? Because if not you will have to go with payed ways as your unit is banned and by so cannot access the friendlist

I think so.
But if you bought this used and the seller didn't mention it being banned you should get your money back. On eBay you can file a complaint under "item not as described".

I do have another modded one what can I do with it
