Hacking Help with sd card problem

So I recently unpacked my softmodded wii. Went to boot it up and guess what I must have taken my memory. Card out and forgot to put it back and have no idea where it is. How do I go about putting a new memory in? All I use is wiiflow for a forwarder. Are there specific things that need to be on the replacement card? I could go through the tutorial to mod again but not sure if that'll brick my Wii by modding something that's already modded.
