Homebrew Help with Old Eshop

So Yesterday I bought a new for 40 euros 2ds in holland unfortunately i bought a usa 2ds so it cant read my Eu games and Oot hax wont work for me my second solution was installing Iron Hax Trough Browserhax but before I can do this I have to download Ironfall from the old E shop When i finally put Browserhax up and tried To log in to the old E shop It kept on loading for like 15min and nothing happens Can someone help me please

BTW I'm on 10.3.0-28

1) The "old eShop" doesn't work with Browserhax.
2) Ironfall v1.0 has been removed by N.
3) Install Menuhax.
4) Don't update later to keep homebrew.

Right. It's that:

You have to select *Install* and wait.

If I'm reading this right, you can't get the old version of Ironfall any more.
