I'm playing this on my R4(v1.18) and as soon as I leave the first area of the forest in the beginning of ch3, the game just crashes. I've tried several times and it always happens...

Bad ROM?

Don't know what's wrong...I tried a different ROM, still did the same thing. Disabled soft-reset, and that didn't help either...

It works on the R4 fine, I've tried it too. Possibly bad rom, or; do you use the card trick for the R4 for better connection for your contacts?
