Hacking Help with MultiGame ISO

So I put my metal gear and Final fantasy backups on a DVD, but when I boot the game, only Final fantasy works. When I press R, Metal Gear shows the turn on pregressive scan option and then the konami logo is shown, after that, the game crashes. So then i tried pressing B, and the game worked, except, there was no image. So I tried A and the game got passed a few opening credits played some sound and crashed. What am I doing wrong? The compatibility matrix clearly states that the game works when B is pressed.

I did not shrink the Metal Gear ISOs (both parts) and I am using gc backup launcher 0.1 XI patched mios from the disc channel. When I tried Wanin's cMIOS rev 3, the game almost instantly crashed.

I did, but nobody answered, so I tried it again a few times and it still did not work. This is why I'm asking again.

Did you rerun the MIOS patcher that came with Xi? Which MIOS did you use to patch? v4, 5, or 8?
