Hacking Help with KDSBest's Dishonored Save Editor

I keep trying to use it but I can't seem to get it to work. I think the issue is when I need to use pfdtools to decrypt the file. When I try to run pfdtools I see the command prompt for a second, then it disappears, so i can't use it. Anyone have experience using either of these tools?

run a command prompt and drag in psdtools shortcut/executable into that. It probably requires a few command line symbols
