Homebrew Help with Homebrew Launcher

So, a friend of mine is trying to launch the Homebrew launcher using the web browser
but she always get a black screen saying "FSGetMountSource failed".

Already checked some threads for help but nothing yet.
What we did so far:
- Clear the browser save data.
- Format the SD Card (to fat32, 64kb, most sites mentioned that, so we did it)
- Made sure that the internet connection works fine.

Anything we're missing or did wrong?

(btw, it's the elf version of the 1.4 homebrew launcher)

Looks like the SD card has gone bad. Try another one, clean out the SD card slot, try it in another console, etc. etc. Hopefully you only need a new card/a good clean.

She just recently bought it (like, 2-3 days ago), the card seems to work when testing miiverse (that picture dingy i saw in another thread)
Guess the card is not compatible maybe? It's this one:

I have a similar card, by sony which works perfectly, so dunno.

this happened to me and I just gently blew into the wiiu sd card slot reinserted the SD card and it has worked fine ever since.

It's actually a problem with the sd card itself. A friend had that problem too, his sd card worked on everything except to launch the homebrew launcher. You should tell her to try again using another sd just to be sure.

I happen to have the same problem. Try this: First run the Kernel Exploit and inmediately after that enter the internet explorer again; that will take you to the homebrew launcher. I'm guessing it's a problem with the payloads...

Try 32k clusters. I've never tried 64k, but 32k is working.

Make sure the card is not named WiiU or Wii U (Wii_U is okay, tho. That's what I'm using.)

We got a new SD Card, trying loadiine.ovh doesn't seem to work though, black screen again, however, using http://www.wiiubru.com/go
got her to the homebrew launcher.

No apps are there though..

Well you need to have loadiine in the apps folder

It's not required for loading the homebrew launcher via loadiine.ovh tho, is it?
i don't have it too and it loads just fine.

Is there a tool we should try to format the SD Card?

I suggest you reformat the SD with Panasonic SD Formater 4
there's no option for the partition format so it will make exFAT automatically, that's fine. using that formater will "fix" problematic SD card.

Then you can use FAT32 formater.

Cluster size 32 or 64 should be fine.
