Homebrew Question help with hb menu

hi so i have a 5.0.2 switch on my SDXC it has the switch folder and a folder for each nro (same name) but upon launching the homebrew menu it doesn't show any of my brew even the hb appstore is missing

just put the nro's in the switch folder, not in subdirectories

I like to keep things organized so I create a separate folder for each .nro and I must say it works!

If you make sub folders, make sure to name the folder the same as the nro file

However I'm not sure if this is required to make them work.
For instance I'm using two different version of vba-next (initial release and fullscreen) and with the folders named accordingly they show up.

You can maybe start over:
Save your data on the SD card
Format the SD card
Copy the sdfiles for Hekate
Create a lowercase 'switch' folder in the SD card
Download a few nro releases and put them directly inside the switch folder
See if that works.

Yeah I read somewhere this could also cause an issue.
