Hi I bought a gateway for my brother a while ago not realising that his firmware wasn't the right one. Now I've waited a while to see if they can update it to work on his firmware but no luck so I'm just wondering what the best course of action you gus would recommend? His firmware version is 10.1.0 - 27E. Any help will be greatly appreciated
