Help with fixing Windows Graphics preference.

So I have an AMD Radeon Graphics as my second (integrated) GPU, and a AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT as the (primary/discrete). Originally, in Windows Graphics preference, the integrated was my Power Saving, and the discrete was my RX was the High Performance. Now the RX is showing up as both. How would I go to fix this? I need to use the integrated to run Kingdom Hearts - HD 1.5 + 2.5 Remix - on Steam without crashing, as the RX appears to have a known issue with crashing, with so far no fix. : https://steamcommunity.com/app/2552430/discussions/0/6364229748851733833/

* An update for future reference for anyone else who has had this problem. So, all I seem to have needed to do was uninstall all the AMD drivers, and then have Windows updates reinstall them.
