Homebrew Help with error in Fire Emblem Echoes .cia

Hello everybody, you can call me Steel. Im new to this forum and its a pleasure to meet you all.
I need some help with my 3ds version 11.5.
Some months ago a friend of mine installed the FBI and freeshop for my 3ds so I downloaded the .cia for the game Fire Emblem Echoes. I have been playing for a while now and Im already in Part 4. The problem is that when I enter Sage´s Hamlet in Celica´s route it suddenly turns mute and the it gives me the message: "An error has ocurred, please contact Nintendo for support". And it happens always at the same place. I can play Alm´s route without problem.

So then I decided to try another game and went with AVGN Adventures. When I installed the .cia from FBI everything was fine, but when I restored my backup for the game it gave the same error before even loading the game.

I don´t want to loose my progress in the game but Im not sure if it was a problem with the FBI installation of the .cia. All the games that I have installed from the freeshop dont give the error, only those that I install from the cia carpet in FBI.

Can someone please help me

If you can install it with freeshop and it works, you can stay with that (just backup your save first)
You can also try downloading it from another site, or dumping it from a real cartridge (it would be the best i guess)
Where did you get your game ? (don't link full site link, it's against rules)

Thats a problem, the game is not on the freeshop yet. I downloaded it from Emudesc.
Im worried if I can get my savefile corrupted. Is there anothere way to keep your savefile safe, other than the 3ds option of backing up?

Install JKSM as cia to backup.
I got mine from that iso site (hope you guess which site i'm talking about)
One time, my games didn't showed up anymore, and so i wasn't able to load them, and wasn't able to backup save, so i had to restart everything (i was at chapter 6)

If there´s not a problem, can you help me out how to use JKSM? I don´t want to mess it up

Oh my!!! thats just awful! :S Better stay out of that site for now. Sorry you had to restart everything...but thanks for helping me out with it.

It's fine now ^^
Just grab JKSM here : https://github.com/J-D-K/JKSM/releases
Install the cia, load it, go to SD/CIA → FE Echoes → Save Options → Export → New (give it a name), press a and it's done.
To inject the save, do same staps but go to Import save instead of export.
It should be good
