Hacking Help with downgrade

I have a N3DS running 9.5, i have downloaded this 9.2.0-20E(Full)_n3DS.zip, MD5 is correct then i have used menuhax to load safesysupdater, at first i did a check to my cias and they where correct then i have pressed Y to downgrade but once is completed i got a black screen. If i boot my N3DS without the microsd it boots fine, it shows 9.2 in settings and everything works perfectly, just i cant boot it with the microsd, what should i do?

Change theme once then put it back to default (without SD).

Then try to boot with SD card
