ROM Hack Help with decrypting results and pk3ds

hello all,i'm trying to decrypt omega ruby and use pk3ds so that i will have all the pokemon from all generatiosn as random wild pokemon.

i followed the guide in thsi site,and i ended up with the decrypted romfs and exefs files..

too bad that the pk3ds guide says that after decryption i should have ended up with code.bin,banner.bin and a other crapload of files,that i haven't .any help?
