Help with computer?

I need a graphics card that can run GTA 4 without textures missing, but I also want to make sure that it isn't gonna conflict with my motherboard and stuff.

Specs:

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit SP1

CPU:Intel Core i5 3330 @3.00GHz Ivy Bridge 22nm Tech

RAM:8 GB Dual Channel DDR3 @ 533MHz

Motherboard:ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. P8H77-M PRO

Graphics:SyncMaster (1360x768@60Hz)
Intel HD Graphics (ASUStek Computer Inc)

My budget is 50-150 dollars

What's your price range?

I'm a nvidia guy so I can recommend:
GTX 650 ti boost ~$150
GTX 660 ~$200
GTX 760 ~$260

For GTA 4 you could easily get away with the 650 so long as your psu can handle it. You may have to get a new power supply depending on what you have now.

EDIT:
Just noticed your price range... I found this card on newegg, it should be good enough for what you need, it's the non boost model as I couldn't find any of those in your price range. Again you have to check your power supply, nvidia recommends at least 400W.

No no no. At that price range, never take Nvidia.

Get an HD7850 for $150 and you'll be set for the next 3-4 years.
