Homebrew Help with BeUp!!! PLZ!!!!

Ok so here's is the problem.

I have:
- R4 w/ latest FW
- BeUp 0.3e

Problem:
- I don't know how to connect. My router's setting is changed to WEP, and I was able to connect with my Wifi games no problem. I then started BeUp, inserted my my Wifi details (used router's IP Adress which happens to be a Linksis router, and then I tried both 'User Custom' and 'Use Firmware" and both are stuck at

"Connecting using firmware setup:
Searching..."

Can someone PLEASE walk me through this... makes me feel like a total idiot for not knowing how to do this

Beup seems to be broken. There's a website that can connect to MSN and etc, you can find it if you look through other beup help threads.

I know about those sites, but I'm looking for one on the DS.

Also, do I "NEED" an actual retail DS game in order to get BeUp running??

My best guess, from what I've seen on other sites, is that Microsoft change the MSN access protocol once again, and nobody's recompiled Beup with a fix.

use a homebrew browser and go to those sites.
