ROM Hack Help with a ROM decrypting

Hello there!
I wanted to translate M&L: Bowser's inside story and thus came across with Asia81's guide
I followed the instructions and decrytped CIA, however, when i'm trying to use ROM FS Extractor, i get "not a valid romfs binary".
Any ideas how to fix this and got the rom decrypted? I'm looking for the text files(in order to translate it), what should i do next after i've got a decrypted rom?
