Help With 3hs!

I recently modded my old 3ds from 2010 ( 4.2.0.9U ) and went to install 3hs. I've been getting the message " An outdated system firmware was detected " on 3hs, rendering it unusable! Any help will be greatly appreciated!

no ones going to help you with piracy. but as for whats going on.....aint it quite obvious what needs to be done?

Like what it says you are on an outdated firmware so update that.
