Hacking HELP! wii won't turn on!

i took of the casing to fix my loose mod chip, i used an object to press the power button, but i must of missed as i think i shorted out something beside the button and smoke came out. i thinks it was the power LED. now the wii doesnt turn on!

please help!

you screwed up. Time for a new wii or find what you blew inside and replace it.
Most likely a fuse in there somewhere.

I agree with sifun. Maybe just try and find what it is you might've hit and fix it. If not, you'll have to buy a new Wii. I don't think you'd be able to send this into Nintendo.

as for my wii, i think i blew a fuse : (

it was one of the first wii's, they were easy to mod...........new wii's are hard to mod!

i dont know y but today i tried the wii again and,

ITS ALIVE!!!!!!!

i dont know what happened...the only thing is the RED led is dead...

I dont have any idea what happend but i didnøt got smoke...
But my LED is dead.
