Hardware Help - wii U console Video and gamepad Issues

I bought for 5 USD a Bricked wii u. And now i´m trying to fixed it

the wii u turn on well but the signal does not reach the tv.
i try with differents HDMI wires and differents tv´s but nothing happens.

and i can´t sync the gamepad because i can´t see the symbols on the tv.


is there any way to make a hard reset the wii u?

I don't think you can reset the console without the gamepad.
