Hacking Help Virginizing Wii? (4.1E)

Hello,
I've recently brought my Wii back out of the box and remembered it's still softmodded. I want to totally format the system then update it but i'd like to remove all traces of the softmod first. I've lost my old SD card with all the files and even forgot what structure to have under the root of the card. (yes it's been a while!

) So i'd like to know what software i would need and what structure i would need on the SD card to remove everything and totally format the system. I've done it once before but i'd like to do it again just to restart the wii

Few bits of info.

I have Homebrew channel installed
Preloader 0.29
No BootMii.
Console model is an LEH2 (about a year old)

DO NOT virginize first, just follow the guide and rehack oull be fine. virginizing is ONLY for when u dont ever want softmod ever again

Decided to just remove cIOScorp and unwanted wad's with any title deleter. Everything ran smoothly.
