Hacking Help! USB gone after 222/223 install :(

hey guys

I had a fully working soft-modded set up, 3.2 with a WBFS formatted USB HD running WiiFlow.

That was until I just tried to install Hermes 222/223 to try to resolve issues I was having on SSBB.

Now my Wii cannot see the USB drive at all

I am very noob at all this stuff and I think I may have installed some WADs that conflict!?
I think I was just running Waninkoko's cIOS 249 before I attempted to add the 223/222 stuff.

I deleted 222/223 using AnyTitle Deleter Mod thinking that would help.. it didn't.

I have bootmii and preloader installed but I don't think I have backed up my NAND, (there was a problem originally)

Is there any guide I can follow that will help me get my USB drive back ???

UPDATE:

Solved. Problem was due to My Book Essential Edition USB drive... It needed it's power disconnecting before the Wii would recognize it again.
