Long story short, this is the screen that shows when i turn it on. I have absolutely no idea where to start, so if someone would enlighten me, i'll be more than thankful.

Any info you need, please let me know.

When you turn it on? With holding the reset button, THE SYSTEM MENU IS GOOOOOONNNNNEEE. Without, it's still GOOOOONNNEEE.

I hope you have the HBC installed. If you do, we can go from there. If you don't.. unless you have bootmii as boot2, you're screwed.
Don't listen to this person. Not sure what he is rambling about.

You are in luck! You have preloader installed, so you will be able to boot into applications!
Any chance you have a NAND backup? If not, we will go from there.

Can you by any chance access any save file you own (either backed up somewhere or on your SD card)?
I found a method once for restoring Wii units of similar issues and I tested on mine and it worked.

EDIT: I still have all the files you would need (credits to their creators for the amazing job!) and can deliver them to you however you want : )

I managed to install System Menu 3.6 with some tool. I'll just update to 4.2 and rehack it. It was simpler than I thought it would be.
