Hacking [HELP] Trying to save bricked 2DsXL

So I bought a 2DsXL from my local pawn shop and turns out its bricked. When i turn it on the screen stays black and is unlit but the blue light stays a solid color. I've put the sd card in my laptop to see if it was missing some files hoping it could be a easy fix but the SD card is completely formatted. Any way to fix this with the SD card completely wiped clean??

{I also tried a new SD card to see if it would boot up and nothing i even tried without an SD card and still nothing.}

Shows us whats on sd (if it has any).
Because if it is not hacked, you have to get a ntrboot compatible flashcard, hack it and restore it via CTRTransfer.

The SD card that came with it had nothing on it, no files or anything just a blank SD card.

In that case it is probably really bricked and has no cfw on it. Try recovery mode (A+R+L+up).

Then you need ntrboot compatible flashcard and hack it and then recover it.

You can these two releases separate, see if you have CFW setup, if not you might not have any CFW, if it was a regular brick you can attempt use NTRboothax to unbrick it, unless it was a MCU Brick.

Not a stupid question. It's a little IC which is used for sliders (3D, volume), home button and LED. If you brick it, it an unrecoverable brick.
