Does anyone know how to modify the way to censor characters that I say about a game called yugioh tag force 2?

There is no general blueprint to follow. Each game is different, even games from the same studio.

You'll require some programming knowledge, HexEditor reading and editing skills, and you have to be familiar with various compression techniques.

Reverse engineering is 60% reading the hex code, 20% making assumptions about the structure and 20% validating the results.
