Hacking [Help Thread] What has been updated?

So it has been a while since I have touched my 2DS and I am thinking of using it again since the original Luigi's Mansion has been ported to the 3DS console w/ multiplayer. I was thinking of playing it with a friend (who also has CFW) but I haven't been keeping up with any CFW news since the beginning of 2017, and I would like to know what has happened since after 2017 for CFW 3DS and what I should do.

A bit of info. about my 2DS (I think my friend has the same CFW as I do):
2DS ver. 11.7
Luma3DS ver. 5.5 (If I remember correctly)
on A9LH

update luma to 9.1 then update the system to 11.8.
(another big change I don't know if you are aware of, Freeshop is dead via nintendo server-side AP. you have to import games from the sd now with FBI)

Wow, that is sad to hear that Freeshop is dead. I assume "thatiso site" is still viable?

So after taking the time to update, I can't seem to launch my Luma Updater; it crashes sometime after I load the app. Can anyone send me a link to manually update the CFW while still being on A9LH?

EDIT: I was able to find a solution so I am currently at 11.8 while being on A9LH.
