Hacking Help, switch cfw

Hey peeps, I’m new to the whole cfw on switch. I have 2 sd cards, one running sxos but is on exfat so not going to be using it, and the current one running atmosphere. I’m having an issue when it comes to editing a save from Pokémon shield with pkhex. I’ve used pkhex before but with my 3ds and never had an issue. Once I restore the save with checkpoint, I get a message when trying to launch the game saying an error has occurred. I’ve tried to fix it by redownloading it but nothing. It seems to work when I create a different user tho, but won’t work with the main user that the switch came with. Please help.

uhm, you save definitely broke the game somehow, restore a proper save (not edited or something) and go from there obv

I did try that and didn’t work. I might try out edizon
