Hacking Help: Stuck on Section V - Removing Ntrboot (Restore file not found)

I have a R4iSDHC Gold Pro 2018 flashcart. I tried following Section V of the guide, but I'm stuck at "Restore Flash" step. When I select restore flash, it says restore file not found. The backup.bin is definitely in the ntrboot folder in the root of my sdcard, so I'm at a loss of what's wrong. Thanks in advance

if you are using ntrboot_flasher 0.40

the backup.bin should be named r4isdhc-backup.bin

No. The files after the dumping are correctly named and in the right folder.
