Gaming Help starting PSP game on PS3

I have a backwards compatible PS3. Modded with webman, CEX. I put my PSP iso in the correct directory, the game is showing but it wont start. I noticed that the PS2 games that I copied over (using multiman) have a .iso and a .cue file. Do the PSP games also need to have .cue files?

What noob mistake am I making that is causing my PSP games not to start? TIA.

The cause is the ps3, there s no back compatibility with psp, it uses an incomplete official emulator with a very low compatibility and lots of crashes/glitches etc..

Ps: ps2 games do not need cues, you can just make a good backup that it s only an iso
