Every SARC packing method is broken right now. Try using "SARCTools" by NWPlayer123, you can find it on GitHub.

If the archive is later compressed into .szs, then after the compression, you must go to offset 0x8 in the .szs file and use a specific padding value (found also on the GitHub page).

You need Python 2 to run the script.
