i just got a ez flash iv lite deluxe, but when i try to run a gba rom in gba mode it says gba rom not supported, is it my kernel or what? i can load gba roms from ds mode but they lag like crazy, please help.

k i just checked a wiki it says to install a gba kernel, then to install a ds kernel, but it does not give a place where to download, can someone with a ez flash iv tell me what to do?

You should have gotten an R4, everyone knows that they have the best gba compatibility.

R4 can run GBA? I thought it only did NDS...

hmm no. the gba and nds loader are bundled in the update file.

you can get all you need to know here, and the latest loader

otherwise are you sure you didn't get a ez4 compact? because the compact isn't designed for playing gba roms, (but can play them if you rename to .bin extension and they are under 8mb)

the R4 cant run gbaÂ

thanks for the quick reply!

Although I do like the fact that the R4 can play ColecoVision games flawlessly, as well as Sega MasterSystem and SNES games almost as well.... but was absolutely curious as to how it did GBA games..... which as I thought in the past, doesn't play them quite as good as a SLOT-2 solution does

Good that it all worked out.

That wiki isn't exactly up to date.

For all your ezflash needs head to that forum.
