Homebrew help says cannot display software on sdcard

so i put some cias on sd card to install put it back in 3ds and that happed

If you're using a microSD inside an SD card shell, then it happens sometimes(the microSD gets loose sorts)

^ Yeah. This is usually a sign that it's about time to replace the SD adapter with a newer one that hasn't been used as much. They work perfectly for a while, but once you insert and take out the MicroSD a number of times they start getting really unreliable. I have tons of them laying around and I keep getting new ones so it's not a big issue for me.

im using a regular sd card not mini or mico or using a reader the pcs reads it fine
