ROM Hack [HELP] Rom Hacking Pokemon

I have s Pokemon Alpha Sapphire rom that I am trying to hack. Whenever I use Asia81's Guide, it just leaves me with no RomFS folder,and an exe folder that has a broken .code.bin file. Please help as I would like to develop tools to help rom hack pokemon as well as make my own.

Hello Sterillo! I recommend you go and get braindump for hax 2.5 and dump you game, then you have your romfs and exfs and just need to extract them to a folder.

Thanks, but I want to use an exefs so I can edit it. I do not believe you can do this with braindump.

Yes sir you can! The exefs extracts like the romfs does on to your SD card! (How I know is because I use the exefs for editing pickup files in PKMN Omega and Alpha)

So its not loading eh? I would go to the Pokemon star sapphire page/ Pokemon neo x/y and install then because if you install those then it gives you a much stabler and easy interface to hack with, meaning you can randomizer those games with out it crashing because they have the proper .code file. Just make sure you have Braindumped you game.
