Hacking Help reinand not booting

Ok first of all I have not been on the site in a long time and I did notice new things. It anyways. I knew not to update to 11.1? If that's the highest but my 6 year old got a hold of my n3ds and updated. Damn it.

So my questions is how can I save my emunand from he update? have no back up except the first time I did it. But I don't even remember where it's at on my computer. What can I do?

I have reinand, using menuhax/themehax.

Get Luma, stop using EmuNAND and starting using SysNAND A9LH up to date, no longer you have problems to play games

Can I be directed to luma and a9LH? Do they work the same as emunands like using cia to install and stuff? I know I still can hack my ds again because my sysnand is still on 9.2
