Hacking Help regarding Haxchi

I'm thinking of selling my Wii U on 5.5.1 with haxchi installed. Can I do this by keeping haxchi installed and signing out of my nintendo account which I installed NDS game from. any help will be much appreciated. thanks

Haxchi will stop working then. If you're using CBHC the Wii u will brick

Like @Uumas said, HaxChi is tied to a NNID. Remove the NNID and HaxChi won't work. If you have CBHC and HaxChi won't work then you're bricked

What if I reset my Wii U, meaning delete all contents and settings from he console from settings.
