Homebrew help! R4 not working!

i was trying to install a gba emulator on it and oh no! its a virus and courrputed the os on the R4 (the ds is fine its just the R4). i try to reinstall but it keep saying there isnt a boot factor even though i can see one in the files... is there a fix?

Which gba emulator are you talking about? I only know GBARunner2 (which is not really an emulator) and it definitely doesn't contain any viruses. Is this the one? Did you download it from the official website?
