Hacking Homebrew [HELP]Problem converting psx iso to psp .pbp

I've read a guide on how to convert a PSX iso to a playable PSP format (.PBP)
And i'm using the SIMPLE POPstationGUI by ZingaBurga.
The guide says it will generate 2 files, the EBOOT.pbp and KEYS.bin
But when I convert, it only generates the EBOOT and not the KEYS.bin
is the Keys.bin required? Or is there a problem with the popstation i'm using?
Any recommendations on what popstation I should use?

you can use the keys file from any game the eboot will be the game, and keys i think is for verification, i think.

therefore any key.bin file will work.

The newer versions of OE firmware/Popstation don't require KEY.BIN anymore.

Use either IceTea 1.3 or PSX2PSP.
