Gaming [HELP]Pokémon X & Y

So I bought a Sky3ds+ card and I started playing pokémon x,y and during my playing on the bottom screen always saying please enable the wi-fi connection!

I'm worrying about maybe I getting a ban if I'm doing it right?

thx for the quick reply, I hope somebody can also help me with this.
I have an other question. When I'm playing Luigis Mansion 2 there is a sound glich and I only hear the music but
I'm not hearing the sound effect's its very annoying!!! Anybody experienced the same?

The 3ds is very rare of glitches and its probably a issue on your part but i do not know what

If you have private header, you won't be banned from Nintendo Server.

I think its a bad rom cuz my microSd is u3 class 10 ,16gb thx for the answer

the SD Card is very good, so it shouldn't be a problem. so yes, it looks like you have a bad rom

it was a weird glich cuz after I quit the game and reboot my console and the started playing again the glich is disappeared
